This bag was auctioned at Christie's in London. That is the price at auctions now. I am just passing the bag along. Nobody is able to get this bag at the retail price. That is why people say a good Birkin is worth investing. This is a price that reflects to the real price, not retail price. If I could get this bag from HERMES stores, I won't sell it at this price point.
